The app works as intended and their support for any issues is stellar. They fixed my layering issue quickly! Would recommend

I can't turn off the weird automatically saved items pop up and it is only showing for 1 second so it is not useful for customers!

The Swym team (both support and developers) have consistently gone above and beyond to help us customise the UX for our unique business needs. Some of this work has been paid, but much of it was provided without charge, and in every case the speed, quality, and turnaround time have been exceptional, far beyond what we’re used to seeing from app developers. We’ve been genuinely impressed, and would highly recommend these apps to anyone looking for wishlist or registry functionality backed by a team that truly cares about their customers’ success.

The app might look good, but their support is an absolute nightmare. Getting any real help takes forever (probably because of the time difference), and every time it’s a different person who clearly hasn’t read the previous messages. Tickets get raised and then just sit there with zero updates. Instead of an actual solution, you just get bombarded with useless automated replies. It’s infuriating.

The app looks great - but getting any help from their support team takes a long time (I'm assuming due to time difference) and there is no continuity for which member of staff assists. Getting a response to anything takes a long time.

They got back to me and managed to fix the issues that i needed them to! Was just a bit frazzled when they suddenly went uncontactable. Customer service is still excellent. Perfect support for even the smallest and most custom demands, nothing is met with a no. Service is top class. I've had the pleasure to work with Srihari on various changes the last year, where everything we've been requesting has been fulfilled. Highly recommend.
