The app looks great - but getting any help from their support team takes a long time (I'm assuming due to time difference) and there is no continuity for which member of staff assists. Getting a response to anything takes a long time.

They got back to me and managed to fix the issues that i needed them to! Was just a bit frazzled when they suddenly went uncontactable. Customer service is still excellent. The Wishlist Plus App is easy to install and manage. We installed it less than a month ago, and the results are promising; our customers really use this feature a lot, and it helps us target them easily with reminders, restock, and soon-out-of-stock emails designed in our Klaviyo account. I had a couple of issues to fix (not the app, more due to extra coding I had on my website). I tried to fix, and got no where. The support team were great, really responsive and fixed the issues really quickly (within about 30 minutes!). I thought they would be in a different time zone so would take at least 24 hrs, not the case! Really great support, thanks guys.

They are people that you can work with directly to customize things the way you want or fix any issues you might have. They are quick to respond and quick to get to work. This means everything when issues arise. Nothing worse than hearing something like "our tech team is in a different time zone and will follow up either in the middle of the night tonight or tomorrow." You run into this kind of thing a lot with shopify apps. I just deleted one rather than wait a day to resolve an issue. Swym is on top of it! No worries here. I have had a great experience working with the Swym team.
