He fixed everything right away and even sent me a video walkthrough so I’d have it for future reference. He also removed the Appstle branding from the widget as a complimentary gesture. They resolved the issue and went above and beyond for me, and were so quick to respond and solve everything on their end for me. Best service I've ran into in my entire life!
