Customer Support was excellent and we are a new client of recharge. My direct contact was Mallory C at recharge and she was professional, helpful, courteous and fast. Having spent time with other support services from other companies, Mallory's customer care really stood out. She addressed the situation expertly and quickly and kept me constantly updated on the progress of my ticket. Mallory also flawlessly reported back to me in a timely fashion on specific developments as she promised. Promises made were promises kept. I am completely satisfied (and impressed) by the service I received and I give my highest commendation to Mallory.

So far very very happy with Recharge. Not only with the app itself, the functionality and how clean and simple everything is but mainly with the help and support I received from their team, mainly Vinse Ridenour who was there helping us get set up and launched every step of the way. There was never a question or issue that was not addressed and solved immediately. Very excited to see what recharge does for out business.

Recharge support is fantastic. We were will a smaller subscription management company prior and it might be days before we heard back from them. Recharge does a great job at prioritizing support tickets and replying promptly, even to low level issues.

I do not want to give this app the 5 stars as I was really frustrated with the very messy conversion process that was forced on me by Recharge and Shopify. However, the 5 stars are solely for Nick, from the e-shop Genius, (as I don’t know where else to leave the review) who really saved this project for me. We had custom code that changed the way my site functioned and Nick was very considerate in understanding all the frustrations and was very helpful in providing specific guidance in order to get to solutions. He even got on a call with me to take time to understand the issues. Working him with was very easy, and I will without a doubt work with him again for other tasks. The new pricing of the app does not justify the service imo esp for my small business, but I have no choice and they know it. However, Nick has helped me work through the errors and has been a lifesaver!

I've used ReCharge for almost a decade, and when I compare it to new offerings on the market it legs behind. But what has caused us to finally leave is being abandoned by support multiple times in situations where their errors have caused over a grand in monthly losses. The support team does not offer timely or thorough product support once you are signed up. The lack of accessible easy analytics also creates a logitics nightmare for my shipping department. ReCharge is no longer the king-pin for subscription apps on Shopify, I urge new store owners to search elsewhere and try new apps willing to try harder to earn your money.

We have been using Recharge since September 2022 and are quite happy with it. Starting subscription business has definately been a great addition to our business. The app is working well. Its my impression that Recharge works continuesly to develop new functionality and improve performance, which is also important for us. Customer services are always very helpful and usually fast to reply. Now with European opening hours its even better. Thanks Nena for your help today.
