I was struggling to figure out how to change permissions settings in Shopify in order to be able to schedule our Recharge to Shopify checkout conversion, so I sent in a help ticket. Ola responded so quickly and made a setting adjustment for me that helped me make the necessary change and get the conversion scheduled. It was so great to not have to wait long at all for help AND to receive the right kind of help that quickly solved my problem. I only took off one star because I didn't find the chat bot helpful...chat bots are usually frustrating because I almost always have already Googled my problem and tried to solve it myself BEFORE clicking on the chat feature. It would be more awesome if it were easier to skip the bot and go straight to a human!

I had trouble recently with getting the right reports and changing user access rights. Yajaira was super helpful in resolving these issues and also this was done very quickly. It is comforting to know that the support team are able to help when needed with minimum of fuss.

This is specifically about support, not much experience with the workings of the app itself yet. The first thing that strikes me is the Recharge team's excellent support for integration and support. It was seamless and required little internal resources. Since 2018, we’ve relied on Recharge, but the unexpected price increase and the lack of care and communication with our business have diminished its value. Like many others, I was not informed of the planned price hike, and the dismissive response I received when I inquired confirmed that it was time to move on. This rating reflects the poor service and communication. When we first started offering subscription services, there weren’t many great options available. Fortunately, there are now more affordable and customer-oriented alternatives that allow us to move forward without Recharge.

Bad service and way overpriced! Beware. This company only cares about the $ in their pocket. EDIT: You can return funds charged with ZERO justification. Nothing justifies 400% increase. Especially when it is not specifically agreed to. You support can make it right but your company is greedy. So besides replying to this review with nonsense - you won't do anything.
