The Recharge customer service is great! There are so many nuances to running a subscription service and they always help quickly and properly identify the issues and resolve them.

Juan was a great help. He really provided a step by step on how to resolve my issue and made what seemed like a complicated process, a very simple process

10.1.25 Updated review. Recharge has reached out to us and is attempting to rectify the matter. We will update again once our concerns are resolved. Thank you. Unfortunately, the unexpected fees of $100 per month were not disclosed initially and were automatically charged after the first few months. We would have stayed with the app if they had support and answered our messages when the app was not working. However, there is no live support, no chat and no phone access to speak with someone. They also had a glitch where customers were not charged shipping despite our shipping rates defined. We are happy that the customer is happy but unfortunately, this is not sustainable for a small business like ours to always provide free shipping.

Horrible. Stay way from this app. The support is horrible and the phone app doesn't work at all. They don't answer your email questions after charging $100 a month for a new small business. We wish we never started with recharge. Buyer beware! We are going to fight to get a refund from wasting so much of our small profits on this useless app.

We’ve had a great experience using Recharge as our subscription platform over the last few years. It’s easy to use and provides everything we’ve needed to scale our subscription program. The support team is excellent, especially our implementation manager, Hoa, who was incredibly helpful in testing out the Retain feature to determine if it would be a good fit for our team. Highly recommend!

While they don't have call support, they do have real humans to help in their chat (escalate quickly to get to a human!). Matt via chat was so helpful and quick. I do miss the human conversation...but the humans in the chats know their stuff!

Yajaira was extremely helpful walking us through Recharge's "Automate" feature. We've always enjoyed Recharge but it's especially good to know their support is top notch should you need it.

Hoa at Recharge was wonderful to work with and very helpful throughout the entire implementation process!

We've been using Recharge for a couple years and find it to be way too expensive. If you want to add their Retain (retention + referrals) option, they require a 12-month commitment. We've been paying 1% fee (which they now charge 1.25% to new customers) of our revenue to them and really can't stand that model. Their support isn't that great. Nothing stands out with the nickle-and-diming they do. We've been looking to move away from them for some time now with exploring building our own Shopify-native subscriptions solution.
