All of a sudden increased their price from less than 10 dollars to 100 dollars without notifying their customers, when contacted, they are not willing to provide a refund.

Edit: NOTHING YOU SAY IS GOING TO JUSTIFY $25 to $100!!! STAY AWAY. THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN APP ON SHOPIFY I HAVE EVER HAD. We are a small business that started using recharge last year. The charges were % based and worked ok for us. We spent around $5-25 monthly for the app. We were not aware and did not receive the emails regarding price change. We found out later on when viewing bills - that we are charged $100!!!! USD every month while we only have under 20 active subscriptions. This is a 500% increase in the fee. If this is not stealing - I don't know what else to call it. There was no reasonable explanation provided besides shoving their "terms" in my face. Horrible company with even more horrible people running it. BEWARE!!!

We've been using the Recharge Subscriptions app for our business for a few years, and we've been overall satisfied with its functions, fairly seamless integration, and analytics capabilities. The conversion process wasn't necessarily seamless, but the issues were minor enough, and easy to figure out. We did find the Recharge support staff to be fairly quick at responding, knowledgable, and above all, helpful in troubleshooting and providing solutions.

Recharge is a huge part of our business and they provide amazing customer support. Even when their customer support team doesn't have an answer to a question, they will work with you to help you find an answer.

So disappointed with this app. It was fine until they began charging $99 a month without the consent of their clients. When you change your prices that drastically, you make sure everyone is on board.

The process of switching over to Recharge started off a little rocky, but once Vinse took over the process for us, everything went perfectly, doing everything that needed to be done, taking the workload away from us. The switchover was executed without fault. As well as things going without a hitch from a practical sense, Vinse also made us feel confident there wouldn't be any problems, as the start of the process left us a little nervous as a small business, but everything was great.

We had been dealing with the unfortunately complicated conversion between Shopify and Recharge. We really didn't want to change anything, but we basically had no choice but to convert. Already the recent price increases makes Recharge inaccessible for small businesses, but it was like we had no choice. Dealing with Recharge support was super confusing, as they were talking to us like we were developers (when that's really not the case and we asked them to explain things in plain English/layman's terms). It sounded like it would be super easy, but in reality, it wasn't. When we ran into troubles and our website stopped working properly, Recharge luckily referred us to Nick at e-shop Genius. This 5-star review is only for Nick and his work. He helped us fix the website super quickly and got everything back on track seamlessly. He is responsive, expeditious, and friendly. We couldn't have done it without him!
