What you should know about this app, well it is excellent it really helps someone that has no prior technical knowledge to follow guides and with a 75 - 100% rate setup his supplier's XML file. ( The rate is adjusted per the file your supplier will provide you with). But besides that, you have a team that constantly tries to support you, edit for you and even check up on you for your ''success''. And that is just incredible, not only as a product but as an overall service. 10/10 would recommend again and again!

Editing this (originally 1 star) review to say that the team fixed this issue and now we are able to use 3rd party fulfillment locations again!! They fixed it within 24 hours after I brought up the issue. Original review below: This app has been AMAZING in the past for our store, since we have multiple vendors and manage syncing inventory from multiple locations. We use a different app for order fulfillments, and now they are no longer supporting fulfillment locations from 3rd party apps. This completely bricks our process and makes the app unusable for our use case. I'm not sure why this change was made but if it's not resolved in some way we will have to switch to a different app.

Recommending. It was quite complicated to set up from customers interface, but customer support is quite good, and they helped out through out the process.

Absolutely horrendous app recently. The mapping function is as hit and miss as Donald Trumps Tarrifs. The SyncX team can't seem to rectify issues in a timely manner and it's cost us thousands of pounds in sales. So far.

Have just joined Synch X - and had some initial teething problems, but Faz, Raj and Hanah between them spent hours with me, resolving each issue and explaining everything to me, they were absolutely fab. I didn't realise they are based in Malaysia and on a couple of occasions they were supporting me in between midnight and 2am in their Timezone, and always remained positive and supportive. I honestly couldn't ask for more re Customer Support and I thank all 3 of them and am so happy that the synching is working perfectly. Highly recommend.

I have been using the app for the last 3 months and i cn honestly say, its working perfectly. i have DROPBOX/EMAIL/XML feeds coming into my store on daily basis we had a issue with one XML and they sorted it out for us by changing things on there program. They also have Full documentation you can check first.

Tried to setup this app to sync my Square store and Shopify. Sadly they do not document this process and their support did not have any helpful information. Already requested a refund from them.

This app is a game changer if you work with drop shippers that provide an inventory database to keep your store inventory up to date. I can't say enough of how well this app works. There was some trial and error to figure out how the app works, but once figured out, it will keep your store's inventory up to date. You can sync inventory automatically or manually sync inventory. Highly recommend! I am subscribed to the Pro account tier.
