While the app, generally works fine, whenever i need help with changes, the support team are absolutely useless at giving help to get you back up and running quickly. They extend the downtime from proper use of the app, by being as unhelpful as they possibly can be.. Recommend finding a similar app from a company that can actually give you support and n to waste your money here..

Great customer service! I had several questions regarding setting up my feeds properly. I scheduled a Google Meet with Stock Sync to walk me through the steps. Super helpful and informative. I've been thoroughly pleased with this app. It saves a ton of time and headaches. Highly recommend!!

This application has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. I’ve tried it on both BigCommerce and Shopify, and the experience has been nothing short of disastrous. One of their agents claimed he would set up SyncX for me, but instead, he botched the process so badly that it resulted in the deletion of half my products. This has caused immense trouble for my online store, costing me significant time and money to re-upload the products. Not to mention, I’ve lost a considerable amount of business due to the deleted items. The lack of accountability from their team has only added to the frustration. Customer support has been utterly useless in resolving these issues or taking responsibility for the harm their actions have caused. Yas from SyncX reached out at one point, but their involvement didn’t lead to any meaningful resolution. Instead, I’m left dealing with the financial and operational fallout from their incompetence. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend SyncX to anyone. This app has caused more harm than good and has proven to be one of the worst decisions I’ve made for my business.

Have been using Stocksync for 3+ years now and it has worked consistently and reliably. As the needs of our store have changed Stocksync has been able to adapt with its deep level of configuration. The support staff have been top notch, knowledgeable, and dedicated, which has been most important for us. The support staff have been able to triage issues coming from the supplier all the way through to diagnosing issues within shopify, they really have gone above and beyond.

App seems to have a lot of features and addresses my pain points. Unfortunately support system is extremely inefficient with a non-supportive bot to chat to around the clock, and a human to respond to an email once in a blue moon. This is extremely frustrating for someone like me trying to set things up for two weeks now with no luck thus far. Will look somewhere else.

Unfortunately, their customer support was unhelpful, which only added to the frustration. I cannot recommend this application based on my experience.

At first I chose another company that had a 5 star rating. But it had 30-40 reviews. A complete failure! Then I turned to this service. Everything happens in the Shopify panel, they have videos on how to set it up. We set up some feeds that are currently working great. The initial setup took quite a while, but one connection was extremely complicated and they still managed to do it. Indeed, my store is currently working and synchronising stock from our warehouses and 3 other external suppliers. I update my nomenclature, my photos, my descriptions. We have over 100 emails in our correspondence and many cases that we have overcome!

I've used this app for 3 different websites and started with the older version. I love the improvements and new look. Much easier to work with although some parameter input is still hard to understand. Tech support is always quick and helpful and answers all of my questions, or solves the problem. I highly recommend this app for both inventory management and adding and removing inventory to your store.
