Really dig Stock Sync for integrating APIs in to Shopify. Also, the team at Stock Sync are so incredibly helpful in getting everything set up!

App seems to have a lot of features and addresses my pain points. Unfortunately support system is extremely inefficient with a non-supportive bot to chat to around the clock, and a human to respond to an email once in a blue moon. This is extremely frustrating for someone like me trying to set things up for two weeks now with no luck thus far. Will look somewhere else.

I just recently installed the software, but can't get the app to work with my store. I wrote twice to the technical support and zero response. Why would I spend any extra money on a company that can't even respond when I need them??

This application has been one of the most challenging I’ve ever used. I tried it on both the BigCommerce and Shopify platforms, and I encountered numerous issues throughout. Unfortunately, their customer support was unhelpful, which only added to the frustration. I cannot recommend this application based on my experience.

At first I chose another company that had a 5 star rating. But it had 30-40 reviews. A complete failure! Then I turned to this service. Everything happens in the Shopify panel, they have videos on how to set it up. We set up some feeds that are currently working great. The initial setup took quite a while, but one connection was extremely complicated and they still managed to do it. Indeed, my store is currently working and synchronising stock from our warehouses and 3 other external suppliers. I update my nomenclature, my photos, my descriptions. We have over 100 emails in our correspondence and many cases that we have overcome!

Great app, awesome support couldn't recommend this app more. I have just moved to another platform and have installed this app again.

syncX: Stock Sync is easy to use, intuitive and very effective for updating my store inventory using my vendor's daily spreadsheet updates. This has saved us endless problems with customers ordering out of stock merchandise.

I've used this app for 3 different websites and started with the older version. I love the improvements and new look. Much easier to work with although some parameter input is still hard to understand. Tech support is always quick and helpful and answers all of my questions, or solves the problem. I highly recommend this app for both inventory management and adding and removing inventory to your store.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Stock Sync. Despite high expectations based on their marketing promises, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Firstly, the integration process was overly complicated and time-consuming. The lack of clear, comprehensive documentation made it even more frustrating. When issues arose, customer support is unhelpful, often taking days to reply with generic, uninformative answers. Additionally, the performance of the service has been subpar. Frequent synchronization errors have caused disruptions in my inventory management, leading to overselling and stockouts. This has not only caused financial loss but also damaged my reputation with customers. In summary, Stock Sync has failed to deliver the reliability and support I expected. I hope they take these issues seriously and make the necessary improvements to their service. I do not recommend making use of Stock Sync!

Had some initial challenges when setting up because of the size of my file but after some support from Raj in particular it was smooth sailing. Great App.

We've been using this on two sites for a few years. An excellent app that is continually upgraded. Their customer service is quick and thorough. Highly recommended.

We are glad to work with Stock Sync team. Support team is friendly and problem solving minded. Been close to a year and pretty well groving with our feeds. Sincerly we can suggest the app for all Shopify stores. Please keep in your mind that they are THE BEST !!!

Worst app. Terrible support. My images or descriptions were not uploaded. I just want my money back from them and Shopify. Don't waste your time with these guys. You in the middle of building your store, run into a issue and they are nowhere to be found
