The Starshipit app works well, and the support team is quick to respond. I recently encountered some issues with plan changes, but they were quickly resolved. Thank you very much!

Would never sync all of our orders. Tried everything in support even using their debug tool to manually sync and it would keep skipping orders. You can't trust this program to manage your shipping if it loses orders.

Fabulous app, we do not have many online orders, however whenever we do it's a breeze! We have run into a couple of hiccups here and there, but the support from the StarShipit Team, specifically Millie, has been fabulous in resolving all the issues.
