We've had a really positive experience with Intuitive Shipping so far. We had been looking for a solution to our complex online shipping needs for some time, and I'm so glad we found this app. The set up has been fairly quick and easy and the onboarding support from Michael was extremely helpful. We managed to set up different shipping zones by postcode Australia-wide, and exclude certain regional zones that we can't delivery some products to. I'd highly recommend this app to anyone with custom shipping needs.

After having explored a number of apps, Intuitive Shipping was the only one that allowed me to semi-automate the input of my substantial shipping agent fees table, which saved me hours of work. It's a great app and the support was excellent!

Now days, it has become the norm to have a demo or zoom meeting with an app agent or representative where they speak too fast, don't care and rush you through the 30 min Q and A. Not the case at all with Intuitive Shipping. Paul took his time with us, was very knowledgeable with the capabilities of Intuitive Shipping and Shopify. He provided excellent customer service.
