How do we get support on weekends. I really wish we had a support number to reach a human. I cannot get my contract rates linked again after UPS upgraded their system. Advanced shipping rules is using retail rates. Can we create a rule that calculates a discount off retail rate and something notifies me by email my rates are no longer linked. This is my busiest time of the year.

Slow support when there are clear bugs on their side. Cost me losing a lot of sales at a critical time. Only email support is available, they won't pick up their phone. Get this app if you want customers to never come back to your site due to high shipping.

Well, what can I say? ASR was a real puzzle to us in starting to add shipping to our store but can't say enough about Molly from Support. She was patient and made everything quite easy to understand. Thank you for everything, much appreciated.

I had some complicated shipping rates- some items free, combined shipping, etc. the ability to use blended rates is ideal I’m NOT an IT type.. so needed help every step of the way. ASR is a comprehensive tool which provides users with a very high degree of control over their unique shipping arrangements. We use the Advanced Shipping Rules app on multiple websites. It offers many features, and the support provided is second to none. It is highly recommended for store owners who want to configure a complex shipping matrix with multiple product groups and different rules.
