For our needs, their program lets us easily customize our shipments as needed. We've used many other services, and this is by far the best service we have used for international shipping. Simply not useful for sellers in the UK. At no point is this made clear during the setup process or onboarding process that the system doesn't work properly for sellers in the UK, or when you start to pay for the premium plans. If you want to ship from the UK, you need to contact customer service (who operate on a US time schedule) and have them manually contact a courier in the UK and negotiate a cost before you even get a label you can use. This whole thing takes 3+ days every single time you want to ship an item, and often the customer service agent isn't aware that they have to do this at all, so they tell you to use the 'consolidate' option in the app multiple times before they recognise your problem. The onboarding "customer success managers" just tell you to contact support by email and can't offer any other help at all. If you're in the UK, avoid this app and system.

We’ve had a great experience with FlavorCloud. It has made international shipping so much easier. The application is great, it offers everything you are looking for for the calculation of International Shipping with Duti and Taxes included for our web customers.
