This app is awesome! Using this in combination with the Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery app has finally allowed us to offer local delivery to our customers fairly. After spending hours going around in circles trying to make certain parts work, I finally reached out to support and they were SO incredibly helpful, even fixing some issues I hadn't realized were there! Having quality support makes a big difference, and their support is top-notch!

The app is great, but their support is where they shine. I worked with Stephane on troubleshooting an issue that was preventing our customers from checking out. It turned out, it had nothing to do with their app and had to do with a third party app - even though this wasn't their area, they still researched it to pinpoint and isolated the issue. Shopify and its third party apps are not always the most intuitive, but Zapiet always has good support and they will stay with you until the problem is solved.

I almost gave up on Zapiet. It was not until Jeanette from the tech support team helped me out tremendously with my issues. That kept me as a Zapiet customer. Honestly Zapiet is worth every penny just for the customer service and support. Tech support from people like Jeanette and Krystabel make Zapiet a great plugin and service. I highly recommend it!
