I thought I had lost my customer's data with all their points but Cole was able to help me recover them quickly! I'm glad I chose Smile over other rewards apps. It's easy to manage and simple to use from the customer's perspective as well.

The support is great and the functions are great. However, a few useful and standard function only comes in at $199/month where the $49/month has not much value add to the free version. If the $49/month plan allows people to redeem product as gift + some feature from the $199/month plan, I think that will be great. And when small ecommerce grow to > 500 orders, we will happily switch to the $199/month plan.

Positive reviews MUST be fake. This is TERRIBLE! I watched as 6 people signed up for my rewards program yesterday and not one is in my database now. This thing sent them a confirmation email, they went to spam folders. It gives a code that you then have to go back to the website to be added to my reward program. When they clicked the link - it gave them a 404 error. I just checked and it is now NOT LIVE on my website even tho it's showing in the Shopify store. Waste of time. Customer support is useless.

I love that the development team is always working on improving the app. And I just gotta say, the recent support I got from Lynn on an issue that was confusing me was ABSOLUTELY stellar. She went above and beyond, and helped me with a custom code that she didn't have to do. Lynn is definitely the reason why I am now a Smile.io customer for life. (At least as long as they are smart enough to keep her around!) Thanks Lynn, and the whole Smile team, for real, human service, and being a company that cares.

Its a Must Have app for our store. The best this is that it engages the customer to buy again from us and not hopping on other websites. They get motivated for buying more by the rewards they are getting by this app. I truly recommend this app. it is a win win situation for both sides. It really puts a smile on both customers and sellers as well!

This app is relevant if you want to use a loyalty program in your Shopify store. I needed help a few times, and their support was very responsive, I am thinking of Joana who responded to me in less than an hour and took the time to help me! So I recommend this app !

Updated review: Customer service contacted me after my first review and we were able to find a solution based on my seasonal company. I think they have a great customer service and for that I give them a 5 stars. I want to say that I hope that in a near future they will offer more packages. Right now it goes from 0$ to 50$ and nothing in between. Maybe with one or 2 options in between they would have even more users. Previous review: I have used this apps for a year or so. After trying several rewards system Apps for years, this is definitely the best, very complete interface and covers all types of possible existing rewards, the only negative point I find is the excessive cost of its plans, which at least for small businesses or businesses just starting out, I don't think it's possible to pay for their plans, but I give it 5 stars since they have a free plan that is also very useful and it is available to everyone.

I have used this apps for a year or so. This was a wonderful app until they switched some features. After it was switched over I could still edit customer profiles for awhile but not anymore - super frustrating. They created a forcing function to make you upgrade even if you don't want to. Really disappointed. I am a seasonal business so some months I have 100 orders and other months 350 orders but because of that, I would need to upgrade to the 49$/month plan and I think it's way too expensive. Not a good solution for small businesses.

Usable as a free option but the upgrade price is insane. Nearly a full year of shopify per month cost is insane (base plan is still more than shopify eahc month) for a small business doing small sales. Extremely easy to abuse and manipulate - I had a customer make multiple accounts and fake share and all the points were given every time. The 'tasks' are not real so this does not feel like you are getting the return for the customer to get their points. The free perks are nice enough, but I was looking for another option as soon as I could after the manipulation issue.

Had an issue from a customer not receiving the full amount of points, contacted Smile through chatbox and Lisa was able to resolve promptly by providing step by step instructions for me to follow which was really appreciated, as I'm not great with technology. Thank you so much
