Our customers have never been happier to be part of our "Tea Club". Smile.io is a great product, we highly recommend trying it out!

Brandon and Joana have been a really big help over the last few days with all of our questions, and we've made so much progress and improvement to our store thanks to their assistance. They have been incredibly thorough and I'd like to thank them personally for helping me understand the app and how we can make it work the most effectively within our network. The team on the support chat as a whole have all been very helpful from the first day we installed smile. And the app itself is versatile, easy to use, customisable, and has lots of cool features! These guys are amazing with their after-sales services. Joana responded to me within 2-3 minutes, even though I was told that I wouldn't get a reply until Monday, which is 2 days from now. I've been using this app, and my clients love collecting those points. I definitely recommend this app to build your e-commerce the right way and have your clients race to collect and redeem their points.

My business has been using this app for a little over a year. I must admit that for at least half that time we did not invest a lot of time into mastering it. We just got it started and left it do it's thing. Occasionally customers had questions that I could not readily answer, but it was easy to get the answer from Smile. There has been no real problems, there were a few issues that came from user error, but the program itself does what it promises. I think that's an accomplishment, for this app to function so well with little or no maintenance. So I'm giving it 5 stars although I have not used it to it's full potential yet, but from what I have seen, it's worth it.
