Pleased with the service, especially because it is free! I was using a similar app before that was outrageously expensive, so I'm very happy to have found this one. It's simple, but works!

It works, but you cannot style it because it is inside a shadow-root, and you cannot translate the content in multiple languages. Workaround is to copy paste the form and make different ones for each language, filtering in the code on selected localization / language. But I expected a Shopify app to at least provide the possibility to translate in their own translation app Translate & Adapt...

Used this app to create a standalone newsletter sign up page on my shop, perfect for what I needed. It also integrates with the Emails app (made by Shopify) for sending welcome emails automatically.

Simple forms that are easy to get going but the lack of being able to add CSS styling or other basic layout options is a definite drawback. Works fine for basic forms.

Love how it integrates nicely with shopify emails, shopify flow, shopify discounts and allows easy tagging (which you'll use for flow). Love that its free! Once a template was created in the theme customiser, it was straightforward to add the app block and then input the app ID so it appeared on the page.

Good as a pop-up form. So would give it a 4. Lacks in functionality though, would be great if their was more integration with Shopify to allow: - Custom Contact Forms - Integration with Email for post purchase form as an example Given its a Shopify App, I expected a bit more basic functionality.

Can not edit at all!! Now I can’t add a new line to the form. Can type but can’t click done to save it. Horrible. Now I either have to make it all over again or find a new software app.

Useless for Lead magnets. This doesn't even connect to Shopify flow Should be able to create a form, name, email address then connect the specific form to shopify flow to send out lead magnets and add to mailing lists. It really needs better integration with flow, I have multiple lead magnets but the form is pretty much useless Doesnt do basic things !!!

However, it's a bit of a learning curve for beginners as there aren't a lot of video resources/ tutorials when it comes to integrating it with other shopify apps, and using tags. Also CSS design changes are limited, as the app doesn't allow targeting for CSS within the forms. I was able to target the section/container the form lives in and do some design stuff there, but thats about it. You are stuck with the design options the app gives you in the editor (which is sufficient for most forms).

Looks great and simple to use. Sure there are some features not available but it works well and integrates perfectly.

This is a great app with rich features, including redirection and the ability to work with the FLOW program. I really like it, but it seems that the pop-up form can only be displayed to customers who are visiting the website for the first time. Did I use it incorrectly? Or perhaps the developer designed it this way, hoping to find a solution. Thank you

Easy install and config. I embedded it in several page on page level and also template level. I like also the popup version. Until now i don't have any complaints. only 4 stars because no time (hrs:min) field , no embed in pages and for very slow loading

Simple and easy to use - could do with adding a form ID to the section so that # links can scroll to it, also width option would be nice

I received help for my query after a day or so. The founder, explained that it was possible to embed as an inline form. I just needed to create a template for this from my 'page' (this is where my content was and where I wanted the form to appear. Once a template was created in the theme customiser, it was straightforward to add the app block and then input the app ID so it appeared on the page. Very relieved to get this help and hopefully they will be updating the knowledge content to explain this with even more clarity as on first glance it doesn't seem possible to embed at all.

Very happy with the forms app. It's been capturing all of our newsletter emails for over 3 months now, everything has been working well and I've even seen a lift to sign-up conversion. Can't argue with that from a free app!

I wanted a contact form that I could add specific fields to. It is nice that I can choose if the field is required or not. Was easy to install and set up. I would like a settings area that I can put in a backup email for submission notifications and also a SMS feature to also get a text. In my line of work its necessary to respond asap to form submissions. It does what it says and you cant argue with free

really bad keep saying have to make 2 changes wont tell me what they are, so you cant save it so yoo start all over again and dont waste you time trying to get help their A1` is not gonna let you speak to a human not even if you tell you will leave shopify

Great idea but very slow loading, so customers bounce before form loads. Also annoying that email notifications can only go to the registered email address with shopify.
