Can only be a page type specific. Cannot be submitted on an individual collection page or product page. So I cannot use. It does have hopes

Why is there no translate and adapt support? Since both are Shopify native and it's only text fields.

We love working with FORMS and FLOW. They have lots of options, very flexible, and of course they integrate perfectly with Shopify, because they are Shopify apps

The popup is easy to set up and can be customized freely. The number of email subscribers is increasing day by day, and I can see the effect. And it's free to use! This app is really the best.

Setup was easy and most customers use it. However, I have two suggestions: 1. Add the ability to insert an open text field to remind customers to confirm acceptance in their email. 2. Modify the birthday field in the data download. The pop up appears correctly, but the customer data download reads yyyy-dd-mm for some customers and yyyy-mm-dd for others.

I was using a different (paid, and should I say not cheap!) solution to solicit subscriptions from visitors to our website/shop until recently. WOW - our daily subscription rate went up by between 5x and 10x when we switched to Shopify Forms. I could only be sorry I did not switch sooner, as we have lost thousands of subscribers in the last 1 year alone... True story!

La configuración es clara y permite personalizar formularios básicos sin complicaciones. Sin embargo, he encontrado algunos inconvenientes que podrían mejorar la experiencia del usuario. En primer lugar, no permite insertarse correctamente en páginas con contraseña para accesos prioritarios. Aunque aparece en la personalización de la plantilla, los formularios no se visualizan al público y solo funcionan mediante saltos, lo cual limita su uso en páginas exclusivas. Además, la funcionalidad para enviar una secuencia de emails a los usuarios registrados es bastante básica. Solo permite añadir un mensaje corto con un límite de 155 caracteres, lo que puede resultar insuficiente para muchas estrategias de marketing. Otro aspecto mejorable es la falta de opción para descargar los datos recopilados en formatos como Excel o CSV desde el back office. Esto sería muy útil para analizar información rápidamente o integrarla con otros sistemas. At first this app was working great for me, the flow of the forms was exactly what I was looking for. It was sort of a hassle linking it on the pages I needed them on but once I figured it out it looked great. I don't know for how long this has been occurring, because it used to work, but I checked my website on Safari and the multiple forms I had made do not show up on the Safari browser (I checked on multiple devices and no result). When I checked on Chrome they did show up. I am unsure if other people have had this issue, but I'm sure a majority of my traffic uses Safari and will not have access to the forms that would help me as a business tremendously.

Real easy to set up and pretty complete, however, it is too bad that the forms don't load on Iphone..

It's OK for a very basic use especially for start ups. However disappointing that extraction of the data captured is not possible unless you install another 3rd party app which you might need to pay for.

Overall a good app for free, other alternatives have the option to control how long the pop-up will appear again after the costumer closes it. if this option would be added that would be great, and maybe control over the font size in the app. thank you!

Setting up is easy. Since its a free native app from Shopify, I believe it will already be optimized for performance. A lot of merchants have requested for options to customize designing, and Shopify has assured it is in the works. I have a few suggestions: 1. Give option to add separator line between sections 2. Give option to add a different email id for each submission to be sent to, instead of registered email id. 3. Allow exporting submission entries on demand 4. Allow making headers bold 5. For single-line and multi-line text fields, allow adding headers 6. Allow splitting form into multiple pages 7. Include "OTHERS" as a default option for radio buttons where needed, and when selected, give an option to include a field for users to add text Thanks Team Wet and Dry Personal Care

Good at collecting the data but to reply directly to a form you need to create a completely new email thread? and can't reply directly to the form submission email? Unless i'm wrong then happy to update review!

Unbelievably useless App. Sure, it collects data and collects it in Shopify, but it's metadata, which is inaccessible by external no-code tools like Make/zapier. Regardless of what you do the apps cannot read the metadata within Shopify to extract data to tools like Airtable, which are vastly superior database tools. Shopify decided to make it nearly impossible for non-coding people to use form submission data outside of Shopify, therefore this app is useless. IT shouldn't even be an app in the first place and should be fully built into Shopify from the jump, allowing for access to form data for external use. Yuck. The form also likes to glitch and not submit when it feels like it.

Metafield cannot be removed and will not be removed even after uninstalling the application, metafield is pinned for the customer model and can't be moved or edited.

Easy to use, set up, and integrates seamlessly with the store. However, I couldn't find an option to allow customers to opt out of marketing emails using the form. It would be great to have this feature added.

Covering many basic properties of forms functionality it does allow to collect data. But the lack of making translations to the fields or changing styling is despite of many requests in forums a bit of a statement of not listening to urgent customer needs or thinking functional scenarios completely through.
