Works well especially when combined with the shopify flow app. I'm seeing benefits and good results already and eager to explore more that I can get out of the app

Grundsätzlich solide und für einen Shop im Aufbau vollkommen ausreichend würde ich meinen - klar gibt es weiterführend Potenziale doch in Verbindung mit Shopify Mail lässt sich daraus ein ganz guter Funnel für Lead Generierung bauen.

Nice and simple and directly integrates with other Shopify apps. BUT - not compatible with Shopify's own Translate & Adapt app is a HUGE miss! Not only that, our usual 3rd party translation app can't even get into to translate it. Also a huge feature missing is being able to target pop-up forms by customer segment, that seems like a simple necessity that would be easy to add.

Just okay app. Biggest downfall is that it is made by shopify and for sure will turn into a paid service eventually. Shopify nickel and dimes customers by offering free services then converting them to paid once you are too far in to swith.

It works, but the form customizations are not enough. For example, you can not stick the form diagonally to the bottom left corner. I think improvements can be made in this regard.

So far so good except... 1.as other's have said, it takes up a lot of space (on mobile... it covers the whole screen, If I see that when I'm shopping I just leave... 2. I can't figure out a way to link to it (or duplicate it for a page to link to it from an email. (using for marketing email sign up form- but I'd like to put a link in my email signature and can't figure out how to do that I've tried googling etc but no info anywhere) Maybe there's some instructions that I'm not seeing or understanding?

In theory it is a great tool, but in practice it is super buggy and I never manage to finish because it will show an error of some kind. i.e. the field cannot be empty (but there is text writin in it) or there needs to be a pictrue ( but I selected without picture) So I havent actually managed to set up a form yet

While it's great that is completely free, I found it very glitchy. First of all, if you're running multiple forms, you won't be able to select and choose the workflow/email you want to send with a particular form (spent over an hour with customer support, at the end I was told it's not allowed and will only pick one email for all the forms?). Secondly when a customer subscribes, the form disappears and won't show again on the website (usually a pop-up should show up anytime a visitor open the website). Probably something to think about as features but if you're running only one campaign (i.e. getting customers email to subscribe to mail list) then it's a great app.

Its good but, why on earth can I make more than one form, when its not possible to select specific pages or blog articles. That does not make any sense at all. Noboby can use it correctly if you cant selsct specific sites for specific forms...

Bonne application cependant la fonction de réception de mail serait bien qu'elle puisse être travaillé sous forme de formulaire client standard auquel on réponds et d'avoir un suivi sur shopify

Radio Button Issue: Currently, I am encountering difficulties when attempting to create (save) a radio button field using Japanese characters. The system does not allow me to save the field when Japanese characters are used initially. As a workaround, I have found that it is possible to create and save the field using English (alphabetical) characters first. Subsequently, I can edit the field and incorporate Japanese characters, which then allows me to save the changes. However, I have not yet thoroughly tested the functionality of this workaround to ensure it works seamlessly in all cases. CSS Styling Limitations: Additionally, it appears that CSS styling options are currently limited. This restricts my ability to fully integrate the form design with my site's branding. I understand that the development team is actively working on improvements in this area, and I am hopeful that enhanced CSS customization capabilities will be implemented soon. While the Shopify Form Builder app offers a promising concept for creating custom forms, its current implementation has significant drawbacks. Major issues: Creates numerous metaobjects that cannot be deleted through the interface, cluttering your store's backend No localization support, forcing all customers to view forms in English regardless of their selected language Forms cannot be translated or customized for different markets The complete lack of localization features makes this app impractical for multi-language stores. The unmanageable metaobject creation adds unnecessary complexity to store maintenance. Would not recommend until these core issues are addressed.

Hi, I have installed this app but when testing it, I saw that even those not signing up to get the discount, were able to receive it, how can I change that, to only those signing up gets the discount?

Nice form builder with great integration to native meta fields.. but why can't I choose a specific page to include this form? I don't want my specific contact form to display on every single page.

This app has very good functions, is simple and easy to use, and is better than all similar software on the market. However, its floating style is not customizable, which is very bad! You should know that its floating window style is extremely ugly and takes up a lot of space.

Great app. Easy to use and setup. The size of the form on mobile is to big and fills out the entire screen. I cannot see how to change that in the settings or perhaps coding. I use Dawn theme in my shop

I think for the right use, it is extremely useful. I use it to collect customers names, phone numbers, and emails for my clothing brand and it is 10/10, made being by shopify makes it 10x more trust worthy too.

It's not easy to learn, lots of clicking around to work out forms and Flows. Here's a tip though for fast and easy answers on 'How To' in Shopify .... ask ChatGPT!
