While the Shopify Form Builder app offers a promising concept for creating custom forms, its current implementation has significant drawbacks. Major issues: Creates numerous metaobjects that cannot be deleted through the interface, cluttering your store's backend No localization support, forcing all customers to view forms in English regardless of their selected language Forms cannot be translated or customized for different markets The complete lack of localization features makes this app impractical for multi-language stores. The unmanageable metaobject creation adds unnecessary complexity to store maintenance. Would not recommend until these core issues are addressed.

This app has very good functions, is simple and easy to use, and is better than all similar software on the market. However, its floating style is not customizable, which is very bad! You should know that its floating window style is extremely ugly and takes up a lot of space.

Metafield cannot be removed and will not be removed even after uninstalling the application, metafield is pinned for the customer model and can't be moved or edited.

The functionality is fine, but man oh man. IMPOSSIBLE to customise. No matter what CSS trick you pull out of the book, nothing works. WHY make this SO hard to customise? Let me color my background and change the border radius... not too much to ask :-)

This app wont display Weather On or Off, it doesn't display? The app is enabled?

unable to view any of the lead forms submitted on app only have ablility to scrape via email horrible experience no contact email again when you click to view the list of all submissions - nothing is even there

Easy to set up forms, impossible to embed those forms.

really bad keep saying have to make 2 changes wont tell me what they are, so you cant save it so yoo start all over again and dont waste you time trying to get help their A1` is not gonna let you speak to a human not even if you tell you will leave shopify

VERY misleading! I set up a form for people to make customization requests, and yet, I HAVE NO WAY TO ACCESS THE RESPONSES!

You can't create a redirect to a thank you page. Incredible. This is a basic feature any form app should have. Not using it for now.

I completed the form to test it, and there is nothing anywhere adding the record. No customer created, no email notification, nothing. Totally pointless app. I can see that someone else has completed the form, but who was it???? we'll never know, that's a lead lost.
