Hey!!! we are using shiprocket since 8 years ago and we got really good & amazing result through shiprocket and specially when shiprocket gave us account manager (Suhaib) result were good... he is really helpfull and supportive with good communicater always listen our cases and resolved on high priority....

We have been working with shiprocket for 4 years now. Really unhelpful account managers. And they refused to take responsibility. Be ready to lose money. But then again the others are worse.

I told to Mr harsh, The overall experience is good with shiprocket, but just bad experience feel with claim team, They are just giving us only date not solution.

Easy integration. Dashboard is pretty convenient to use can easily understand within hours how to us and operate. Other things like Engage 360 does the job for any D2C owner. KAM assigned were pretty helpful as well.

After a year of use, I can say that Shiprocket is not appropriate for small businesses like mine. Every time I place an order for pickup, the courier partners always display weight inconsistencies/descrepencies and charge more than the actual delivery fee. It is very frustrating to call every time to their executive and ask for help. Even though I upload all the images of the shipment with length, width, and height measurements, they still show weight discrepancies either with dead weight or volumetric weight. Its very annoying and frustrating. I am completely dissatisfied with the service they are providing.

They should rename themselves as SHITROCKET, because thats the quality of service they provide absoultely shit. Every bad review of Shitrocket is true and every 5 star review here is fake. Fake attempts at delivering parcels, fake pickup attempts, unintelligent and stupid customer service, no solution provided except for saying sorry. If you have a complaint and problem about shiprocket I strongly suggest you tweet about it on X beacuse thats what I am doing. Let the incompetence of Shiprocket be known in the genral social media not just here. I checked with customers and India post official tracking site. Have raised multiple tickets, still didn't get any proper solution. I'm tired of it. Pathetic service. 29/10/2024 Update: Still didn't get any proper response from their side. I still didn't get the COD remittance.
