Wrost service 0 customer support fake whight charges, always rejects genuine claims never use shiprocket otherwise you need to hire 2 members only for shiprocket to send them emails ,rise tickets but after that their is no gurentee they will reply your mails or tickets because they only take their commissions from delivery companies they will do nothing for you better to go with any other delivery company except shiprocket

Frustrated Shopify Owner’s Honest Review of Shiprocket – Stay Away! As a Shopify store owner, I cannot stress enough how pathetic and unethical Shiprocket’s services have been for my business. The worst part? Their so-called customer service. It’s a complete joke. You raise a ticket after facing issues (like your parcels not getting picked up for days), and all you get is a scripted, robotic response. No real help. No actual action. And then—like magic—they close your ticket claiming the “issue has been resolved,” when in reality, nothing has been done. Your orders are still lying there, unpicked, and there’s absolutely NOTHING you can do about it. As a business owner, I know how crucial timely delivery and reliable logistics are for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, Shiprocket has failed miserably on both fronts. They may be one of the oldest players in the market, but trust me, they are way past their prime. Completely out of the game. My sincere advice: Read the countless negative reviews online and on YouTube. I wish I had done that before trusting them. There are far better logistics platforms available now—modern, reliable, and actually care about your business. Avoid Shiprocket at all costs. Don’t let these fraudsters ruin your brand’s reputation.

We deeply regret choosing Shiprocket for our logistics needs. Their sales executive, Jasmeet Kaur, offered us Blue Dart rates of ₹189 for 5kg shipments. We booked 700+ parcels based on her verbal assurance that any overcharges would be adjusted via cashback. However, we were grossly overcharged, resulting in a total loss of approximately ₹45,000. Some amounts were deducted from COD settlements, while others went into negative balances. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response from the concerned person—no calls, no WhatsApp replies, no accountability. This is not just poor service—this feels like a scam based on false verbal commitments. There is no escalation support that genuinely helps; no clarity, no ethics. We’ve now shifted to Shipmozo, and even if they charge 20–30% more, at least they are transparent and responsive. Recommendation: Avoid Shiprocket if you care about your margins and peace of mind. Always go with partners who prioritize transparency and accountability. We hope this message reaches someone responsible at Shiprocket to take corrective action and stop such losses for others.

Worst experience I have faced and not once but multiple times. I feel they are not concerned about getting bad reputation as they are over booked. The delivery parter lied that the parcel was not ready, when I had kept all ready. They believe in them more than us and they don’t even bother to pick up parcel for 6 days. Worst worst worst service.

Shiprocket is an absolute disaster. Their customer support is pathetic—no one answers calls, and you're forced to raise tickets instead. Their delivery partners are big cheaters, and when you report issues, Shiprocket simply responds with, "Sorry, we investigated, but we can't help you." No accountability, no resolutions—just frustration. Avoid at all costs!

We have used shiprocket over 2 months and there is no worst delivery aggregator that shiprocket genuinely Useless Weight Discrepancies. They literally have set up their people in company's systems for raising fake discrepancies. I was in contact with Mr. Anmol as a Key account manager from shiprocket and he commits something, and never does it. Does not pick the calls, do not reply on whatsapp. Can't even fulfill his commitment. Customer care team is as useless as it can me. Highly suggested to NEVER use shiprocket.

Worst Customer service ever. Not supportive to sellers and close the tickets as per their convenience without resolution. Weight charges are the biggest problem with them and delay in COD remittance

LISTEN TO THIS DTC BRANDS!! I wish i could give less than 1 star, shiprocket is a trash, having pathetic customer support, their delivery partners are big cheaters, and when we inform this to shiprocket (we can only raise a ticket with them, nobody picks call on the no. that they have mentioned), they simply says 'Sorry mam, we have investigated, but we can't help you in this case'. I would suggest, to go directly tie up with Bluedart/Delhivery, although they are bit expensive but guys, they will completely make you tension free from delivery side and you cna actually focus on your business rather than raising support case.

Worst support shiprocket has. I created an account on shiprocket and started placing orders, but COD money was not coming to us. We checked and found Invalid bank. It was not clear that what is invalid. Talked to customer care and they said your bank refused to accept money, but bank was saying there was no request came to them. We asked for rejection proof from shiprocket but they denied giving. Then one of the customer care guy asked me to change bank details. I tried that also, but it was saying bank details are not matching with KYC details. There is no option coming to change KYC details. My money is stuck since last 15 days and nobody is helping us.

Cheats! they upgraded my plan automatically and have been charging me 17$ unnecessarily. Everytime i reach out to customer support, they come back saying it is shopify's fault and when i reach out to shopify they say it is Shiprocket's fault.

i would not give even 1 star if i could. Worst platform. I am receiving weight discrepancies for all the shipments since November. I have been shipping the same products in the same package since September and now suddenly there is a weight issue. They have mentioned wrong dimensions and weight and charged me for this. They have even disregarded all the raised disputes. Only a few of them were accepted, for which i have not received any refund yet. I am switching the platform now. The customer care is also not helpful at all.

I won’t be able to continue using Shiprocket any further. This platform is neither seller-friendly nor customer-friendly. We are facing courier issues on a daily basis where the resolution is supposed to come from Shiprocket, but it seems like you do not care about either the seller or the customer. This year alone, we have received a lot of wrong products, and despite paying extra for QC, only 50% of the claim is provided. Why should we bear this loss when it is not our fault? Other marketplaces we work with provide a 100% refund in such cases. Fake delivery attempts are another major issue. While I understand that this is the courier's fault, it is your responsibility to ensure a genuine second attempt. We raise complaints with call recordings daily, yet many shipments are marked as RTO, and we don’t even get any freight refunds for them. We sent over 5,000 shipments in December and were assigned a KAM. His only job seems to be raising complaints, which doesn’t help us when urgent support is required for successful deliveries. Tickets remain unresolved for 7-8 days, which is unacceptable in logistics. We are also dealing with shipments marked as undelivered even though they were delivered. We’ve submitted all required proofs, but nothing is done. In a recent case, a prepaid order wasn’t delivered to the customer. We raised a ticket for the POD on December 28th, and it is still pending. The customer is now threatening to file a complaint against us in consumer court, so we not only have to refund them but also bear the loss of the product. If you cannot deliver prepaid orders, shut your company down. We stayed with Shiprocket because of the deadweight billing advantage as we sell clothes. But in the last few months, we’ve been hit with 150-200 weight discrepancy every week. Even after submitting all required proofs, all of them are rejected. To add insult to injury, we’ve received quotes from other couriers that are ₹15-20 cheaper than Shiprocket for 0.5 kg shipments, and yet we’re stuck with this kind of cheap service. Your service is causing losses to our business, and we cannot afford to work with a company that fails to deliver basic support and resolution.

Shiprocket is not for eCommerce Startups, as in the name of automation they will fleece you of, by charging overweight charges. Knowing the product only weigh 600gms, in the name of automation by courier partners they will overcharge you make money in hand with courier partners. No one will support you in fighting it out for you/startup. Go direct with courier companies.
