We’ve been using Shiprocket for our shipments, and the service has dropped sharply. Deliveries are being marked as “attempted” when no one even visits the address. Prepaid orders are stuck in hubs for days with no real updates. On top of that, we’re now seeing fake weight disputes being raised, even for products with standard, verified packaging. It feels like a systematic issue meant to charge extra without justification. We’ve sent emails, raised tickets, and called support multiple times. The responses are copy-paste statements that don’t solve anything. Instead of simplifying logistics, Shiprocket has turned into a constant source of delays and unnecessary charges. We’re now actively looking for a more reliable courier partner who values transparency and timely delivery.
Worst delivery integration, we are a new brand and none of our orders have reached customers. All were RTO initialted with no information to the cutomer. Even RTO didn't reach us, every time a ticket is raised for our issue but no satisfactory outcome.
Our AOV is 10K plus we have 50 plus order per day and we are using Ship rocket for order fulfilment (warehousing) + Shipping. We have faced multiple issues like delayed order processing, in some cases orders left pending and not processed until reminded. Customers complaining about delayed delivery, missing product. No claims settled. We requested for secure processing and order insurance the team didn't respond we escalated to senior team members as well but there was no solution provided. If you ask for the order status why is it not processed the team will keep passing the ball to their internal teams and at the end you will face huge order cancelation and no ownership will be taken by Shiprocket

Worst shipping experience ever. Absolute joke of a company. Pending for 2+ months: I’ve been waiting over TWO MONTHS for resolution on missing parcels and claims. Still nothing. Worst logistics partner ever. Scammy, useless, and full of excuses. Stolen Products: AWB IDs 19041803490795, 1504864576384 (Delhivery). Another claim 362946597038. In each AWB, I shipped 3 products, but only 2 were delivered. The courier straight up STOLE 1 product from my packaging. I submitted all proofs, yet Shiprocket rejected the claim without logic. Disposed Off Scam: Many of my products are still lying in their office under “disposed off” status — shipments that I never sent there. Instead of resolving, they’re shamelessly asking me to come and collect from their office in Sultanpur, Delhi, as if it’s my fault. Total harassment. Excuses & SOP Drama: Every single time, they hide behind nonsense like “courier has images,” “applied weight lesser,” “waiver not aligned with SOP.” Just jargon to deny responsibility. They also apply incorrect weight charges on shipments to loot more money. Zero Accountability: Shipments are safe in THEIR office (their own words), yet they expect me to book reverse pickups, visit their office, or pay fresh freight to get my own stock back. WTF is this? This company is an absolute nightmare — delays, theft, rejection of valid claims, fake weight charges, and shameless excuses. They’re experts at wasting merchants’ time and money. This company is only good at dragging, rejecting, and passing the buck. Every ticket is a new circus of excuses. They waste time, play blame games with courier partners, and make merchants suffer. If you care about your business, stay away from Shiprocket. They’ll take your shipments, lose/misplace them, and then make YOU run after them to collect what’s left. Absolute scammy service.
If you want to save your eCommerce business, don't use Shiprocket as your shipping partner. I can give you 10 reasons for this advice: 1. Unqualified/unprofessional support staff. 2. Fake weight discrepancies - They steal money from your wallet without giving you any proof of weight discrepancies. They can even create weight dispute 2 months later of your shipment delivery. 3. Label tampering at the hubs. They full support their delivery staff even knowing that the parcels are being theft in their hubs. 4. FAKE delivery attempts. Even when the customers say that no one called about the delivery, their delivery boys reports that the customer was not available at the delivery address. Shiprocket fully supports these liar delivery boys. 5. Support tickets will be closed without adding any comments or answers. 6. No responsibility of lost and damaged shipments. 7. COD remittance will be pending for months and no one will respond on your tickets for it. 8. Support team plays ball-passing game when you are in trouble to deliver your shipments on time. 9. If you have breakable items in your shipment and it's returning back to you, only by the grace of god it can return to you unbroken. In 90% cases it will be broken. 10. It's not possible to get any claim for your lost or damaged shipments. There are a few more but if you are a wise eCommerce business owner the above are sufficient to avoid Shiprocket!! We have used them for 5-6 months and finally said goodbye to them now.
Extremely Disappointing: Hidden Fees, Terrible Support, and a Greedy Business Model I strongly advise against using Shiprocket. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative due to their exorbitant and unpredictable pricing, completely ineffective support, and a flawed portal system. The primary issue is the pricing. They charge significantly more for nearby shipping than one would reasonably expect. Furthermore, the platform forces you to constantly recharge your wallet. After depositing ₹500, they still demand additional payments when you select a shipping partner, holding your funds hostage. Their customer support is utterly useless. Agents provide no solutions, offer only excuses, and tell you to "wait" before hanging up. There is no real service—only a system designed to extract money. Ultimately, Shiprocket doesn't even provide the shipping service themselves; they merely act as a middleman for partner carriers. Because of their greed and impossible-to-satisfy payment demands, I was never able to actually use their service. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Every time I contact support, they only repeat the same line — “wait for 24 working hours and share your credentials.” After that, calls are disconnected with no follow-up. Even spoke with their technical head, but the issue remains unresolved. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating service.
Shiprocket is not a logistics partner – it’s a SCAM platform designed only to loot money from small businesses. We’ve been using them for 7 MONTHS and every single time we raise a claim, it gets rejected with the SAME copy-paste reason: “awb is not properly visible in the unboxing video”. This is after providing crystal-clear, HIGH-RESOLUTION unboxing videos where even a 10-year-old can clearly read every single detail printed on the shipping label. STILL, they reject claims. It’s not a one-time incident – this has happened more than 20+ times with us. They keep selling unnecessary, overpriced “services” like delivery boost, rto suite, engage360, faster delivery etc. – but there is ZERO actual service or response. Their main focus is upselling useless subscriptions and making money, not helping sellers. To make it worse: • 40% of orders exceed the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) • Almost every courier makes fake delivery attempts, the parcels go in RTO, and we LOSE our customer forever • After RTO, we receive damaged or stolen products • We even paid ₹50–₹60 for “secure shipment insurance” on every order – still ZERO payout, claims are copy-paste rejected • If you ship 10 orders per day through Shiprocket, be ready to hire a full-time employee just to raise tickets, send mails for fake attempts/exceeded EDD, chase them for RTOs etc. – and EVEN AFTER ALL THAT effort, you get NOTHING We have now started shipping directly through individual courier companies (without Shiprocket) and the difference is DAY AND NIGHT: ✔ Faster deliveries ✔ No fake attempts ✔ No fake weight discrepancy ✔ No claims headache This clearly proves the issue is SHIPROCKET, not the courier companies. Even their “customer support” is pathetic. You waste 5 minutes explaining your problem – they disconnect the call. You call back and explain again – they disconnect again. It’s an endless loop. Extremely Disappointed with Overweight Disputes and Customer Support I’ve faced repeated issues with Shiprocket unfairly charging for overweight shipments, even when I’ve provided clear photographic proof of the actual parcel weight and dimensions. Despite submitting all necessary evidence, the dispute is often closed in favor of the courier partner if they reject it — without any fair investigation or support for the seller. This has happened multiple times, which clearly indicates a lack of proper internal verification or seller protection. The customer support is not helpful and seems biased toward their courier partners rather than resolving genuine concerns. AWB: 90122221265 — Let’s see if they can resolve this issue properly, but past experiences make me doubtful. If you are a small business or rely on accurate shipping charges, I strongly suggest using a trusted local courier service like DTDC or others who provide more transparent billing and real customer support.
Not one of the worst companies, it is the worst company that offers logistic services. I literally have cases where the product has been delivered to the customer, and they mark it as undelivered, and even after providing them with the proofs of the delivery, they have marked it as RTO. Their team is so irrelevant they have a script they will just read it they don't have any solution for the problem. Even if you raise a ticket after a day or two they mark it as resolved without even verifying whether the attempt made was genuine or not. I have raised complaints so many times they haven't given any solution till now. For them, 3 attempts from the delivery side are like the maximum effort anybody could have done in their life. Their team is also fake, just like their false remark. When it comes to accountability (What's that?). Shiprocket will always say, "It's from the courier company's end" Dude? Then why are you here? Just to deduct money from the wallet of your customers. The NDR is also useless; it seems like they are not trained at all for everything "Can I keep you call on hold for 60sec" Is it a joke or what? And after that, again they ask for hold. Why can't you resolve it right away? For them, customers are a joke, they just enjoy sitting in the office, and their customer support team is the best among all the teams in reading the script... Especially, their senior team, by any chance, if they connect with you, dude, they are the real actors. In one of my cases, the customer didn't receive the call for the delivery and was marked undelivered again and again. When the senior asked her, Are you ready to collect the delivery? The customer said yes. A normal person would have rearranged a delivery, but guess what, it was marked RTO because 3 attempts were made. Then why the hell do you confirm with the customer? I have raised my concern at [email protected] and no solution with in day or two they resolved cases and most of them were fake remark cases still they are resolved. God knows how I have many such cases. Guys, if you are choosing Shiprocket, please understand that you only have to fight.

FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE - Order Duplication Issue Unresolved for Months! Extremely disappointed with the Shiprocket app for Shopify. Recent orders are being duplicated, causing double billing in Engage 360 and creating major confusion in order processing. This is not a one-off issue — this same problem occurred in the past and was left unresolved for over 5 months, despite multiple follow-ups with support. We trusted Shiprocket to handle our shipping smoothly, but instead, these technical glitches are impacting the business operations and customer trust. The lack of a timely and permanent fix is unacceptable. We sincerely hope the team prioritizes resolving this long-standing issue — it’s affecting both our workflow and finances. Not recommended until this is addressed properly.
Extremely Unethical – Cashback Given, Then Revoked Without Notice We were promised Blue Dart shipping at ₹189/5kg by Shiprocket sales executive Jasmeet Kaur. Based on that, we booked 700+ parcels. Later, we realized we were overcharged and lost nearly ₹1 lakh through excess shipping fees and COD deductions. After escalation, Shiprocket issued a ₹20,000 cashback on 14-May-2025 as partial settlement, and Jasmeet personally requested us to remove our negative reviews from LinkedIn and Shopify, which we did in good faith, believing the issue was resolved. Shockingly, on 21-June-2025, Shiprocket reversed the cashback without informing us—no call, no email, no reason. This is highly unprofessional and damaging to sellers who trust this platform. We run a legitimate e-commerce business and expect transparency from our logistics partners. This kind of bait-and-switch behavior is completely unacceptable. Sellers, be warned: Always get everything in writing. Don’t trust verbal commitments or short-term resolutions. Shiprocket’s system lacks accountability.
