A great app, very easy to set up with excellent guides. It's aesthetically pleasing (many other review apps I tried, looked awful and spammy on my website). I got in touch with the developers as I was hoping to make some tweaks to how the reviews are displayed on my site to remove a few elements. I don't have an experience with the app yet, I just installed it yesterday. So far it is ok, easy to install and configure. I hope in the future I won't have any surprises :-)

We use Tydal reviews on our websites Flag Patch Shop, World Flags Direct, and World Flag Pins, and it's been a really helpful app for all of them! I can't figure out how to work the review import mechanism myself (it keeps saying my files are the wrong format even though I think I'm following the instructions) but Tydal customer service has been importing my files for me when I ask. Update: figured out how to work the review mechanic! It's incompatible with Firefox, but works in Google Chrome.

I really appreaciate the ease of use (so far, as I haven't finished setting up the app), the swift support response, and the friendly and fun tone Sam used.

To find a free app that does exactly what you want it too and more with features that you would expect in paid apps is itself worth 5 stars. The customer service team are helpful and quick to reply. Adrian helped me with general issues and gave me some shopify tips and tricks. Would recommend this app for sure.
