Just installed this app. seemed very easy. went onto chat and Jamie was extremely helpful and helped get the app up and running. we are currently using another app but it is starting to cost too much, so this one being free is wonderful. The TYDAL app is user-friendly and efficient, offering a smooth experience. Sam from chat support was incredibly helpful and resolved my issue promptly with excellent customer service.

When I first saw the app, I liked it a lot. I took the time to fully set it up, but when it came to importing the reviews I had, the problems started. Out of 23 reviews, only 3 or 4 would upload. I followed all the steps, checked the emails, the product codes, etc., but the issue persisted. My last option was to contact the online support team, but my experience wasn’t the best. They took too long to respond, and at one point, they just stopped replying. Later, someone else wrote to me, supposedly taking over from their colleague. Guys, the minimum you should do is let customers know if another person will be handling the case or if the wait time will be longer. Not everyone has time to spare, and many of us use our sleeping hours to work.
