For a free app it is excellent. I enjoy TYDAL's features like a discount code and adjustable settings for the store. One minor issue is that there is an error with managing reviews through email. I hope the tech team is as good as the customer service team and get the problem resolved. I want to personally thank Sam the customer support guy. He did phenomenal at assisting me with the 1000 questions I had. Sam responded quickly to my questions. He really did walk me through it in such a great and professional manner. TYDAL reviews has good customer support and Sam made my day.

The app is simple to set up and use. What I really appreciated was the support team they helped me import my old reviews using an Excel file. They were friendly, fast, and made the whole process smooth. I highly recommend this app if you need a good way to manage reviews.

Customer support and documentation is phenomenal. Of course I'm going to take 1 minute to leave a review here... Great free app, has all the basic features you need to get started and share your reviews on the website. Jamie from customer support was amazing in helping out with all struggles I had while setting it up.
