Customer service is top notch!! I've run across a lot of Apps where people are cool but TYDAL is awesome. They go above the call of duty during an ordinary chat. For example, today I chatted with Sam to ask about removing "company" branding which he was happy to do upon verification of my store. He didn't wait for me to give him my URL, he did his own search and asked if it was correct. It was. I mean, wow. He was super courteous and friendly while remaining professional. 5 Solid Stars
