The support Team (Sam) is a really really nice person, he helped me everything I asked for, and even give me advice on how to improve my website, and the app itself works really well too!

Jamie was fantastic in helping me get verified and set up. She even shared valuable links to make sure i got off to a good start. Totally recommend Jamie!

The app was easy to set up and customise for my store, and Adrian was so kind and efficient. I am still setting things up in Shopify, but I'm so appreciative of the very kind customer support and the very affordable app (at a time when I'm not making sales yet!).

TLDR: Awful app, Had a horrific time with the support staff in the end had to uninstall this app and move to a different review service that we are beyond satisfied with. Installed this app, didn't look too bad, had a alright feature set for the price, shortly after installing we noticed that review requests were being sent out immediately despite having set them in the app to send 14 days after dispatch, we flagged this to support and a ticket was opened after months of chasing and asking for a timeline on the resolution we got nothing, not being able to bear the harm being caused, and not receiving any reviews due to the immediate request(Before customers had received their orders) we were left with no choice to remove this app from our store and move over to a different provider that we are extremely happy with. We will not be using this service ever again and I encourage you not to either!

Set up was simple and straight-forward. Integration with Shopify looks clean. My one interaction with customer service was fast and professional. All good so far.

I've had a very good experience with this app. It's completely bug free, and very light and usable. At the same time, it does offer a few customizations to suit one's needs. Their support team (the team member I connected with Sam) is also very responsive and friendly.

Adrian was dope. That smooth operator removed the branding off the widget to make my product reviews look even sexier. That dude deserves a raise, and a firm handshake for a job well done.

I think the app is great, it has a nice design and is easy to use. Not too many overloaded settings, just what you really need. I also had contact with customer support, which was first class for my issue! I am completely satisfied!

Great customer service and app is very well built! I used the chat to remove the 'Powered by Tydal' branding on the widget and not only did they remove it super quick, but they added me to their priority server queues and removed the email sending limit all for free! I've tried other apps but they didn't work for my needs and price range but Tydal has so many great things and is easy to work with for a great price.

This app is highly recommended to anyone who is starting an online business. The support team is also incredible and very helpful. They even gave me extra tips to customize my store.

Having only just added this app to my store I cannot comment on how well it is working at the moment for me, but the customer service I have received so far from Sam was exceptional I am sure I will be in contact with them again to fix something for me :) once I have had the chance to utilise the app I will update my review.
