I’m still new to using Tydal, but I was having some issues with my reviews showing up on my product page (USER ERROR), so I contacted their support chat and their rep named Sam was EXTREMELY helpful. He even temporarily joined my Shopify admin as a collaborator and manually helped me place code on my site, helped with import questions I had and much more. I’m excited to learn more about Tydal, but I’ve been extremely impressed so far.

The support team on this app has been shockingly helpful. I've not gotten to test the app itself yet as much as I'd like to to give a comprehensive review, but if its anywhere near as good as their support team I find it hard to believe it'll be bad.
