Nice product and good customer service team. However, once you have a real problem, the technical team takes forever to come back to you. Found out that my review requests didn't send like they are supposed to do, and it took the technical team more than 5 days to even pick up the ticket. Sorry guys, you can have a good CS team, but if the technical follow-up is not there, the delivery fails.
