The product is probably the best for return integration with Shopify, and luckily David (co-founder) was kind enough to work with us to satisfy our needs with this application. Because of that, and the up front honesty from David regarding their ability with ReturnZap, I would highly suggest you give it a trial as it has much more than the other applications offer.

The product is probably the best for return integration with Shopify, but unfortunately the pricing structure just makes it not ideal, considering what other options are out on the market and what they offer for the cost compared to what ReturnZap offers.
