ReturnZap has transformed the way we do our returns and we have saved a lot of money in not having to employ someone to process returns. It is really easy to use, takes all the hassle out of returns and is very flexible eg exchanges. The more you use it, the more you see how carefully it has been thought out. One small example is the way it saves stock if there is an exchange - previously, people would ask for an exchange and by the time, the original product arrived back, it would have sold out. Very highly recommended!

We just moved over to Returnzap Returns & Exchanges from Aftership Returns. Aftership cost was getting silly and plans and features were not suitable for a small to medium sized store. We were looking to implement an Exchange program (instead of just returns), including exchange for other variants across store. Returnzap has all the functionality and at a far more reasonable cost. The product is probably the best for return integration with Shopify, and luckily David (co-founder) was kind enough to work with us to satisfy our needs with this application. Because of that, and the up front honesty from David regarding their ability with ReturnZap, I would highly suggest you give it a trial as it has much more than the other applications offer.
