With just a month or so to go before peak, the timing of our move wasn't ideal, but the potential savings from being able to bring multiple aspects of the business under one roof (shipping, returns, exchanges, email support, marketing, etc) and Spencer's assurances that it could all be done without compromising our day-to-day operations, was all we needed to hear to make the jump now and not in the new year. Dom flew in to get our stations set up with updated bin locations and towns. These new towns have created efficiencies to our picking, packing and order distribution processes that I didn't think would be possible without automation. Bottom line, if you want a product that works and will save you time and money, Redo is it. It's also nice to have Spencer, Dom, Aaron, Seth, etc, etc... real people who respond to your real needs.
