Aside from Shopify, Redo is the most essential tool for our business. We signed up when all they offered was returns and since then, they have been rolling out new features almost daily. Their team is very responsive, friendly, and US-based which helps when you need something addressed ASAP. Free returns are a no-brainer!

The help and chat features are really great and very useful. You get to an actual person in real time which is amazing. We have found the return process to be very smooth with Redo and really has made it easier for our customers to have a more seamless experience!

We have absolutely loved using Redo for both Customer Service and Marketing. Our CS flow has improved by using the tool to streamline everything in one place. As a small shop, we have limited resources and this has been a big help. On the marketing side we made the swap from a competitor and have never looked back. The on boarding team did a great job at helping switch everything over and we did not miss a beat with our sends. Audrey was amazing on the sales side and helped explain everything and answered all of our questions. Jason has been a total hero as our account manager, he proactively reaches out with small changes we can make to see big impacts in our sends and always has time to answer my questions no matter how trivial they may be. Super stoked to be working with Redo and look forward to continuing with them for many years!
