I'm upset with the support, I had problems and they took more than 1 week to resolve them, I've had a problem for 2 weeks and until now they haven't helped me, there's no way I can stop my store until the problems are resolved, unfortunately I had more dissatisfaction than joy with this app.

Still waiting for the team to fix on-going issues. It's been back and forth communication for weeks now. We love the product but the customer service hasn't been amazing. Certain things have been installed on our website without transparency and we have asked for it be removed several times without any luck. Now it's impacting our conversions and we're getting complaints from customers. Will fully remove the app if we don't hear back very soon.

Redo is a parasite that cost us 10s of thousands of dollars. Stay away. Stay far away.
