Redo has made returns and exchanges so much easier to manage. When I did have a question outside of the day to day norm, I was able to easily reach the support team and Cade helped me resolve my issue by not just fixing it, but also by showing me how to resolve it in the future. Great support!

Honestly, I’m in another situation where severe mistakes on the REDO team’s side has lost me thousands of dollars in returns reimbursements. I’ve been with REDO (switched from Loop) about two years now, and while the team is friendly and always “says” their sorry, the truth is they have zero accountability and are always trying to sell you their latest product. To me, they are a company that is trying to do too much too fast and have hired a bunch of young guys who want to feel like they’re part of a startup but can’t even answer simple questions about whether a product is still available or not.

We were struggling with Shipstation functionality (or lack of) and switched to Redo as our shipping platform. Their shipping platform and the automation capabilities reduced our manual workload dramatically and the Redo team even made several functionality improvements to meet our needs! I was/am super impressed with the Redo team's engagement and willingness to modify their software to the needs of our business. Hands down the best customer service we have ever received from any saas company. We use Redo for returns, order tracking, fulfillment and customer support and having everything in one place is amazing and everything works as expected. Changing all of our systems in the same moth, hiccups and issues were expected…but Redo was there immediately to help get through even the smallest issues. 10 out of 10 will use redo again.

The platform works well and helps build trust. Greg was awesome once I was connected with him to resolve an issue I had. The prior rep I was speaking with took a very long time to get a resolution - which I wasn't thrilled about. I was very thankful to be transferred to Greg and get everything sorted out! All in all, a great app.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Redo and use them for all of our shipping labels, returns, and warranties. Their platform has streamlined our post-purchase operations and made things much easier for both our team and our customers. We also do a lot of A/B testing, which has been incredibly valuable. Redo’s Conversion Cloud has been especially impactful, giving us the ability to test and optimize our post-purchase experience and continuously improve conversion and retention. Overall, Redo has become a trusted partner and one we genuinely love working with.
