Working with Redo has been great! They have made my return process much more streamlined and easier for customers. Customers can print labels through the dashboard return. It's made it very simple for them. Assistance is always available, and they will help you build out the logic for your return process. Lastly, if you want to provide package protection for your customers, they can set that up for you too and you can collect and keep the funds should your customer choose that option. Can't say enough great things about Redo.

Ya know the whole saying about not putting all of your eggs in one basket? Yeah, well, I've completely thrown that saying (not the eggs...they're safe in the basket) out the window with Redo because they service just about our entire business (returns, warranties, repairs, claims, support, order management, order tracking, yada yada yada). So basically if Redo stops working I'm toast. But so far, so good! We were one of the early adopters of Redo and I recommend them to everyone I can. They've made scaling our entire operation so much easier. To the folks at Redo: thank you for keeping all of my eggs safe

We have been working with Redo for a little over a year now and have nothing but good things to say. We use them for our shipping protection, email automations, and a custom warranty flow. Our processes can be very complicated but the Redo team has always gone above and beyond to see what they can do to customize their products and make them work for us. The whole team is amazing and there are many people willing to step in when problems arise. Since adding Redo, our exchange and return process has changed to be an easy, straightforward process, not just for us, but more importantly for our customers. We also have the chat and how it assists and replies to customer questions is detailed and professional. We have tried other apps that are similar and they really do not compare. Just add it, you will be grateful you did.

We've been working with REDO for some 2 years, and being a Cycling Apparel ON Line Retailer it enables customers to return items that do not fit easily for an exchange, refund, or Store Credit. It also encourages Buyers to order 2 sizes of an item to try on, and then return what does not fit as we encourage cyclists who are borderline in sizing to order both sizes to make sure of the fit. Also REDO makes processing Returns very easy.

We cannot recommend Redo enough! Not only have they made our returns/exchange process so much easier for us and customers, but they are also helping us automate our e-commerce processes which is something we never thought could be done. We appreciate how hands on the team is and how they will customize anything that is needed. This simply doesn't exist with other platforms. Instead of a "no", the Redo team figures out a solution. Special shoutout to Hayden and Donminic who have been awesome through out this entire process!
