Redo makes the return process very easy for the consumer and merchant! If you do not know how to do something, there customer service team is great to work with and very quick to respond. If there is a feature that is not available, they will submit the request to their team. I had the pleasure of working with Cade, who was able to answer all of my questions.

The platform works well and helps build trust. Greg was awesome once I was connected with him to resolve an issue I had. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the prior rep I was speaking with took a very long time to get a resolution. I was very thankful to be transferred to Greg and get everything sorted out! All in all, a great app.

Redo has been a great partner for us. I've been using Redo since the beginning of my store. I started with the package protection product, the the customer service portal and now use it for fulfillment as well. The rates on the shipping beat out any competitor in the market that I have seen and the software makes it seamless to pick and pack. The best part is any issue I have gets fixed nearly immediately and feature requests are sent and often time completed within a week. It has been a great experience working with Redo I would recommend to anyone who is in Ecom as it saves me thousands every month.
