Still waiting for the team to fix on-going issues. It's been back and forth communication for weeks now. We love the product but the customer service hasn't been amazing. Certain things have been installed on our website without transparency and we have asked for it be removed several times without any luck. Now it's impacting our conversions and we're getting complaints from customers. Will fully remove the app if we don't hear back very soon.

Wow, where to begin? Redo started for us as a return platform. We were previously with Loop. We saved hundreds of dollars a month with that switch. Great! But it doesn't stop there. We were with Gorgias; Redo has a similar platform, which is good enough for us. SAVED MORE MONEY! Now, we are looking at other money-saving opportunities, such as changing from Klaviyo, which everyone knows is ridiculously expensive. They provide excellent IN THE USA, actual person in Google Meet customer service. Every obstacle we have seems to be overcome by their hardworking team. I am lucky enough to have Justin and Austin on my team. Way to go, Redo.

When I first downloaded this app, I had no clue what I was looking at. I sat there thinking, “What is this even supposed to do?” Then came the demo. Next thing I know, I’m deleting six other apps, because this one sorta does everything. But here’s where it gets really good. We casually threw a question their way—“Hey Brayden, any chance we can use it to handle a pretty specific feature we needed for our store?” Fully expecting the usual, “Sorry, that’s not possible.” Instead, they scheduled a meeting. The next day. And they accommodated the feature. Like, for real. Ironically, REDO is the actual 2.0 of our store. Honestly, I’m still in awe. Massive shoutout to their team: Jackson, Brayden, Paxton, Austin, and Aaron. These guys—absolute rockstars. My advice is simple: Download, request a demo—you’ll thank me later.

Warning! This app will break accessiBe which is a crucial app for staying ADA complaint. I found out that if I turn off the app switch in the website settings it fixes the issue and Redo still works fine, so I'm not sure why it's needed. Other than that, Redo has been amazing and it has even increased our sales.

Really good app and they're always adding new features. Great support team that will help you within minutes. Well formatted easy to use but highly customizable for your use and if you have anything your worried about they are almost always willing to add custom features for you.

Redo has been tremendous not only for our customers but for our staff. The simplicity and professionalism of the return portal has been nothing but smooth and easy for our customers to use and the processing time when the returns come in has drastically decreased. Our handling time for a return is only a matter of seconds. The business model of Redo was a huge incentive for us to implement their system. Zero fees and no contracts are hard to come by in todays world so on top of everything else it seemed like a no brainer for us. To top things off, they have an outstanding team of employees. They are very quick to help get things done and if you ever have any issues they are right there to help! Can't recommend the app enough!

REDO is the best return portal available. The reporting is top notch, the portal is clear and concise, and the customer support is AMAZING. Alex Humble and Parker Mackay are two of the best sales reps, and account managers I have ever dealt with. They answer every question and concern with honesty and promptness. They are flexible and always innovating ways to better help their clients. REDO has been one of the best changes we have made to our business. The amount of money we have saved with return shipping is bananas - tens of thousands of dollars. I'd recommend REDO until I was blue in the face! Thanks REDO!

We implemented the app several months back and have noticed a reduction in exchanges and more satisfied customers completing the entire exchange online. We no longer do manual support for exchanges. Re:do is very responsive to any issue we have. Good people at Re:do, we pay the cost for our customers. Best of all now they now support UPS labels, we as have issues with USPS in our area.

Redo has changed our post purchase processes for the better. We were with Loop Returns for 3 years, but their system was complex and expensive and required a 12 month contract. Redo is better, no contract, and we have a far better customer experience. Redo now handles all of our returns, exchanges, warranties, shipping claims in one platform, rather than split between Returns platform, and claims platform, and customer service platform for warranties. With Redo, our customers issues get resolves twice as fast. The Redo Team was super helpful with implementation. Highly recommend the app.

These guys get it, they're the In n Out, the Costco, the Nordstrom, the Chick-Fil-A - whatever you want to call it - of e-commerce. Nobody does it better & nobody has better customer service. I had a cart issue 1 month in and they pulled their own product off my site and fixed the issue before reinstalling it. Most brands hide problems, but they were honest and helped me up-level - all while being incredibly responsive. Then, 6 months in I had a question on how to optimize a feature, their Director of Sales Jake Norton took the time to personally help me get the answer I needed. Redo takes care of their customers and that's something I've gotta have when my brand is growing 5x YoY. The product is cutting costs for us and driving more revenue & conversions as well. Give me a call if you're debating.
