The time and effort spent on manual returns and customer service tickets have been reduced. The customer service team is responsive and helpful. It was Jaxon who helped me change some settings (Manual Store Credit when a product is out of stock in Shopify). I appreciate his fast response.

I have been learning and using Redo for the past 4 months as a new agent, and it has been a life saver in terms of having a full record of all returns and claims! The simplicity of the portal makes it so easy on both the customer and us. We also appreciate the help we get from the Redo team anytime questions come up or help is needed, they are great at responding in a timely manner and following up to ensure everything is straight, especially Colin, who helped to resolve a tough issue! We just started about a month ago and so far, so good. What matters a LOT to me, as the customer support person, is that I have a POC with the apps we choose to work with, so that I can feel supported while I support our customers. Redo has been great with that and I really appreciate it. Additionally, not having to be the point person when a customer doesn't receive their order, or it's damaged, is huge!
