A pretty solid CRM. There's definitely room for improvement in a good few areas, but they're still a young company. Plus, they have a great support team that's always willing to step up and help!

We love working with Redo! We are big on trying new things, shooting for the stars, and giving customers the best experience possible and that is everything that Redo stands for! I'd highly recommend working with them if you want to grow and try new things! They offer great services that are built to help everyone, but that can be expanded and customized to fit your needs. When asking about features or functions, most apps say they don't offer them whereas Redo will find ways to apply the features you are looking for.

REDO is L**P on steroids! Besides the functionality, which is leaps and bounds beyond L**P, the service that the team delivers is BEYOND white glove. They are true partners for us and we love working and growing with them. If you're on the fence, take the leap, (even if we're going into Q4). Don't wait until Q1...You won't be sorry.

Alexis has been FANTASTIC at assisting me with any questions or issues that I may have which makes this company feel more personable. Redo has been nothing but excellent to work with. It has been amazing to work with a team that cares as much about our company and customers as much as we do. If we have any issues or questions they are right there to help. Every team member has been very smart and kind. They are constantly working to improve and create new functions. You really can tell they are a smaller company and care about you. It has also been a game changer to have instant updates to and from Shopify. We love Redo. Their customer service is great and they do a great job of adding value. I highly recommend asking them about ALL of their services at the beginning, they are so sweet and try to just introduce one at a time so they don't overwhelm you but the value added was so worth it we just dived right in to almost all of their additional services. It's been almost 5 months and I am excited to continue growing with Redo. Gotta give it to Redo! Love how simple they make returns for the customer and the back end of our Shopify site. Their customer service is second to none, too. Honestly - I have been super impressed with the team and the amount of thought that has gone into each layer. I love how I can edit emails to match my brand and customize the way that each is sent - this let's me really tailor each customer's experience which feels huge. I like the direction they are headed and feel like this app is a game changer in a few categories - especially for small teams like mine that need to be able to leverage automatic actions and 'smart' tools. I freaking love their outbound order management system - has saved me tons of time.

REDO has been a lifesaver for our company. We initially started with them for their efficient return/exchange portal and the ease of use for our customers. We now use REDO for everything else that relates to shipping. The shipping rates are much lower than the previous company we were using which is the biggest win. REDO has automated a lot of the shipping process which also saves us time and money. Additionally, they offer great client support and are always willing to help us problem solve. We have especially enjoyed working with Alex, Hayden, Seth and Boston. They’re the best! The only downfall we have is that we didn’t start using them sooner:)

The support to get it set up was good - they messed something up on my website but now seem too busy to help figure it out. The amount of fraudulent orders (19 as of this review) since I started with Redo on July 6th that have come through for $1.00 is crazy and quite annoying. Reach out to support and all I'm told is "if they wouldn't do it with the cheapest item they'd do it with another item" Actually, in the last 7 years I didn't have this issue until your app was added, so I disagree.
