easyReturns ist eine sehr praktische App, die den Retourenprozess sowohl im Backend als auch im Frontend deutlich vereinfacht. Die Funktionen sind überzeugend, und die Integration mit DHL läuft reibungslos. Auch der Support ist top. Zudem gibt es zu allen wichtigen Funktionen gut verständliche Video-Tutorials. Der Preis ist ebenfalls fair. Wir können die App definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Die App easyReturn ist schnell und einfach eingerichtet und ist perfekt dafür unseren Kunden ein intuitives Retourenerlebnis zu bieten. Es liegt eine gute Dokumentation vor sowie tolle Erläuterungsvideos auf 247apps's YouTube-Kanal. Der Support ist freundlich und hilft einem stetig weiter. kunden könnne oft dhl label nicht runterladen, support ist unterirdisch schlecht meldet sich einfach nicht

Ziemlich gut, ein ausführlicheres Help Doc würde ich statt Youtube Videos bevorzugen. Auch eine mehr technische Aufschlüsselung, z.B. über verfügbare Liquid Variabeln für die E-Mails wären von Vorteil. Was ich leider nicht gerechtfertigt finde, für 20-80$/Monat noch das Branding mit external Link unter dem Retouren-Form zu setzen... Ich würde mich da sehr über einen quick-fix freuen.

Mit easyReturns läuft unser Retourenprozess viel entspannter ab. Unsere Kunden können Rücksendungen selbst anmelden und erhalten automatisch das passende Label – das spart uns jede Menge Aufwand. Die Einrichtung war einfach und der Support ist jederzeit erreichbar. Wir empfehlen easyReturns jedem, der Retouren effizient managen möchte!

Nachtrag: Problem konnte nun doch vom Support gelöst werden. Danke DHL verlangt regelmäßige Kennwortänderung. Danach funktioniert Easy Return nicht mehr und ich finde nicht, wo das Passwort einzutragen ist. Support konnte auch nicht helfen. Außerdem ist der Preis happig, für das nur Daten ausgetauscht werden.

Seit über zwei Jahren nutzen wir easyReturns und sind absolut zufrieden. Die App integriert sich nahtlos in Shopify und erleichtert den Retourenprozess durch automatisierte Abläufe und ein anpassbares Retourenportal. Der Support ist zuverlässig und schnell erreichbar. Der Preis ist fair und wenn man unsicher ist, gibt es einen kostenlosen Test.
