I really appreciate Re-Do's customer service. Anytime I have any issues they are super responsive and are always willing to take the time and help me through anything. So far there is nothing that they have not been able to help me with and get us back up and running smoothly right away.

Redo has been great to work with! We use it for our online support chat as well as our returns and exchange process, and it’s been smooth sailing. Their support team is wonderful and always helpful. Like any system, there can be the occasional minor glitch, but it’s rare and always resolved promptly. Highly recommend!

Working with Redo has been great! They have made my return process much more streamlined and easier for customers. Customers can print labels through the dashboard return. It's made it very simple for them. Assistance is always available, and they will help you build out the logic for your return process. Lastly, if you want to provide package protection for your customers, they can set that up for you too and you can collect and keep the funds should your customer choose that option. Can't say enough great things about Redo.

Ya know the whole saying about not putting all of your eggs in one basket? Yeah, well, I've completely thrown that saying (not the eggs...they're safe in the basket) out the window with Redo because they service just about our entire business (returns, warranties, repairs, claims, support, order management, order tracking, yada yada yada). So basically if Redo stops working I'm toast. But so far, so good! We were one of the early adopters of Redo and I recommend them to everyone I can. They've made scaling our entire operation so much easier. To the folks at Redo: thank you for keeping all of my eggs safe

We have been working with Redo for a little over a year now and have nothing but good things to say. We use them for our shipping protection, email automations, and a custom warranty flow. Our processes can be very complicated but the Redo team has always gone above and beyond to see what they can do to customize their products and make them work for us. The whole team is amazing and there are many people willing to step in when problems arise. Shoutout to Jackson for being such a big part of why we've had such a great experience with the company and app as a whole!
