Working with Redo has been great! They have made my return process much more streamlined and easier for customers. Customers can print labels through the dashboard return. It's made it very simple for them. Assistance is always available, and they will help you build out the logic for your return process. Lastly, if you want to provide package protection for your customers, they can set that up for you too and you can collect and keep the funds should your customer choose that option. Can't say enough great things about Redo.

Ya know the whole saying about not putting all of your eggs in one basket? Yeah, well, I've completely thrown that saying (not the eggs...they're safe in the basket) out the window with Redo because they service just about our entire business (returns, warranties, repairs, claims, support, order management, order tracking, yada yada yada). So basically if Redo stops working I'm toast. But so far, so good! We were one of the early adopters of Redo and I recommend them to everyone I can. We have been working with Redo for a little over a year now and have nothing but good things to say. We use them for our shipping protection, email automations, and a custom warranty flow.
