Rods was patient and helpful. Unfortunately, the issue we are having is a known issue and we will just have to wait for the devs to create the update to fix the issue. Rods, however, was great!

After using the app for approximately three hours, we were charged for a full month. When we requested a refund, customer support was extremely slow to respond, and after nearly an hour of waiting, our request for a refund of the trial period was declined.

Nick helped me know this. You can sync two Shopify accounts to one QuickBooks account. It's an awesome feature!

A great essential for my small biz. Customer service is always great and Jebran was very patient and helpful assisting with my queries.

Jiji fixed the issue allowing us to reconcile and happily spent all the time required. However I still believe something has changed overnight but Jiji has been great. Jiji has agree to raise the issue further so I could not ask more of them.
