I got more than what I bargained for. Amazing app, amazing concept, amazing customer service. Pallavi is great! Wouldn't have done it any other way. No wonder this app is rated 5* I hardly give any reviews, but when I do, definitely something worth reviewing for ( 5* or 1* nothing in between)! Brevo is simple to use and has a clear streamlined platform. The support team is great and willing to look into any issue or problem our team encounters. Rojen especially goes above and beyond to try to address the issue though we know there are time differences. Compared to the other email marketing platforms we've tried, Brevo has not disappointed thus far.

So far I have to say the onboarding is great esp. the offer to get 500 extra credits each month for free (Early stage plan) on top of the existing 500 credits that comes with the Basic free plan. Big thanks to Rojen for his great support. Looking forward using the app.
