I had the chance to talk to Rojen all afternoon to access my dashboard. I was already using Brevo before integrating it into Shopify, and it was quick. Rojen was available to answer my questions. I am delighted to have had such a nice person, who wanted to offer me the best and was available to answer me quickly.

The team at PushOwl are amazing. Friendly, kind, helpful and they know what's up and Rojen, in particular, was a very professional and courteous friend when I spoke to him. It took him minutes and BAM, I was setup. He hooked me up with hundreds of free emails until I hit a mark, then I have to pay. But that would mean, I am making bank and I will gladly pay those guys. Team is great, product is great ,... AS IT SOULD BE :)

False advertising! Website says you get 300 emails a DAY yet the app will only give you 500 a MONTH. When challenged, customer services said it was an "old offer" (despite the website being screengrabbed on the day) - I call it false advertising, especially when you can get thousands of free emails from other providers.

Push Owl is a fantastic Tool for push messagin. Mow they offer also email, so they went above and beyond. Very useful interface, easy to configure and friendly user experience, it is the ultimate tool for a great MKT strategy. As for the customer service: Rojen really helped me and made me feel welcome to use their application and introduced me to anything. Customer Service Spot on! A good customer support is the core part of successfull company. Push owl guys are doing wonderful job by addressing customer's complaint attentively.
