The app I'd great. I just wish they'd add a few more options to the free version such as colors. The support is great and fast. I had trouble with syncing my options to my store and Clara fixed my problems really fast and replied the same day she was professional and very nice :)

I like this app for the simple reason that it does what it promises without asking for unnecessary attention. It is easy to use, quietly competent, and solves the exact problem it claims to solve. When support is needed, it arrives quickly and with real effectiveness. I recently ran into a minor issue I could not troubleshoot on my own, and Clara stepped in and resolved it immediately. The experience was efficient and reassuring in the way good tools and good people tend to be. Highly recommend this app and the team behind it.

The widget integrates seamlessly with your store's design. Even on the free starter version, the team is highly responsive and willing to help personalize the widget to match your needs. They're quick to respond to any requests or inquiries. Highly recommended!

Great customer service. The team was surprisingly fast at replying to all my enquiries, and were swift at implementing the custom changes needed. They were very smooth and easy to communicate with and understood exactly what I was after. They were very friendly, supportive, and happy to help me with all my requests. If the app doesn't allow you to achieve a certain look or function, you can be sure the team is there to help alter the code to your needs. One downside is that the code is only accessible to the Globo team, so all HTML changes needed, has to be made on their end. In regards to the apps performance, it operates very efficiently, having little to no noticeable impact on page performance speed. It is exactly what I need for adding the custom personalisation to my product pages, and allows me to "template" my products, so variants my products share only need to be changed once when updates need to be made, as opposed to having to manually edit each product one at a time. The custom variants created in the app also act like custom variants, (showing in the side-cart and checkout as a variant of the product as opposed to an "add-on product"), and integrate seamlessly with my theme with no hassle. My favourite feature of this app is the conditional logic, as it allows me to hide/show sections based on the users selections. I also like how you can create an add-on price for selections as well, making it perfect for subtle variant add-ons, where price doesn't vary for every variant combination. Very impressive app overall, however it does have a downside. For add-on pricing, you can't make the price based on calculations/equations, (e.g, price = price x number, or , price = user-input x number), which is something I need to implement with my site. I may be able to figure out a way on my own, however the team says it is something they are unable to achieve at the moment. Hopefully in a future update they can add this feature, as I'm sure there are ways to achieve this kind of functionality.

The support for this product is amazing. My customer had an issue. I replicated their problem, then clicked the chat button. Mike was quick to reply, and gave me an answer within 5 minutes of me clicking! Could not expect better or faster service!

I use Globo Product Options, Variant for my first store and it was super easy to install and use, so I ABSOLUTELY knew I needed it for my 2nd store. I set here for hours and could not figure out why the options were not showing. I had the template. It was embedded. I was so frustrated and that's when I saw the Chat With Us Now. ROSIE is an ANGEL! She figured out in less than 5 minutes what the issue was and my options are now showing. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this app.
