I’ve been using this app, and it has exceeded all my expectations. It offers quick support and allows fast, multiple customizations, giving me the flexibility I needed for my products. A big shoutout to Julie Nguyen, who has been absolutely fantastic in supporting us. Her responsiveness and expertise made a real difference—she resolved my queries swiftly and helped implement custom options exactly as I needed.

I have been using this app for several months now to give my customers extra options for size, style, and combinations. It was super easy to set up and integrates seamlessly. I will also be testing the colour swatches plug-in by the same company and will review it as well when sufficiently tested.

Works great! Much easier to set up than other product variant apps I tried, and a quick message to the team removed the watermark that says "Powered by Optis Product Options." I installed it to be able to set a total qty regardless of variants ordered by customers. This relies on Shopify for total qty, and the app to set your no-charge variants (there's a paid option for the app if you'd like to set individual prices for the variants, but maintain a total qty)

OPTIS is a nice app for product options paticularily related to the variants. The tech support team is very hard working, prompt and helpful. I strongly recommend to try this app for customizing options related to product and its variants.

The conditional logic is a big plus, it only shows relevant fields when needed, which keeps the shopping experience smooth for my customers. Customer support has also been fantastic! Quick to respond and very helpful with making adjustments so everything runs perfectly. If you sell customisable or made-to-order items, this app is worth every cent!

The App works well. Custom options are a good feature to the website, as many times you are limited to the default. Great customer service and support, answering and reacting straight away. Tech guys are running through your requests and fixing the issues you are getting during the customization.

I hardly ever leave reviews but the service was just that good. The app is extremely easy to use compared to other's I've tried and the customer service is top notch. I thought it would take a day to get a response and it took a few minutes. Cassie helped me for a while fine tuning everything to my liking. Happy to have found this app!

My own developer is on holiday so I had to fix everything myself. I had some problems with the add ons, but Cassie was very helpfull and she even noticed a different problem that I had not seen my self. So thank you for that.
