They've been most helpful, even when the issue is not necessarily from the plugin itself. Customer service is great, they're super quick to answer and the response turn around is very fast as well. On another important note, the app works great for quick add ons and helps generate higher sales. Love this app and I have it on both of my stores.

Poor support for an otherwise great app. This app would be really great if the support would actually resolve the issues that come up with the app. Instead, the support team teases a solution, but doesn't actually cary it out, or does so only after multiple re-confirmations of the issue.

The app works flawlessly and is incredibly straightforward to use. On the rare occasions when I’ve needed help, the support team has been amazingly attentive — they respond quickly and actually take the time to walk you through any issue.
