Amazing Support & Reliable App! I’ve been using OPTIS for my Shopify store and I can confidently say their customer service is one of the best I’ve experienced. Even though I’m not very tech-savvy and my requests for product options were quite complicated, their team has been incredibly patient and supportive every step of the way. This app allowed us to finally get around the default 3 option set that shopify allows. A lot of really cool features and even some advanced features that you can ask to be installed by their developer. We've run into a challenges, each time the support team (Katlyn, Cherry, Lin, etc) have all been very quick and helpful getting it resolved. Communication was fast and easy!

So far pretty amazing! Straight forward, easy to figure out, and I'm able to add a lot of options for customizing candles that I was limited in beforehand! Lots of options to customize, definitely recommend this app!!

Lin was very kind and walked me through the process of getting assistance to resolve my concern quickly, like within minutes it was awesome!! im still navigating all the settings and options available like the templates and things, feels like trying to pick a meal at cheese cake factory lol but with Lins assistance things are going smoothly and im learning quite a bit more about shopify in the process. the customer support is top notch!!
