App works really well and has done almost everything we needed it to. What is really impressive is the support. We have had multiple requests for changes and they have done everything incredibly quickly.

I have been using OPTIS Product Options, Variant for 4 months now and really enjoy having the option to have multiple variants!

I'm using the app now for several month and I'm very happy with it. It offers all features for hundrets of variants and many possibilities to adjust the design. I raised a few questions to the support during the first set up and the team is awesome - never seen such fast respond and effort to answer al my questions. I've tried several other Apps for Variants but this offers the most useful features and I feel confident to have the support always available in case I need support. 100% recommended

First impressions count for a lot... my first impressions of OPTIS and the support I received from Julie and the tech team fully deserve a 5-star rating. It has only been 24 hours and our first option set delivered exactly what we needed - the ability for customers to choose 'no packaging' for their pillow and duvet purchases, and they save $$$. The option I selected needs customization. The personnel helped me solve the issue within 24 hours. The live chat system is convenient and helpful. Just one thing, the team is a little of overactively seeking for reviews, even asked me provide a review at midnight 12 am. Except that, everything is good.

I have had this app for about a month. 5 out of 5 stars. Easy to use and the customer service is unbelievably fast and accurate. I needed a little help getting the options to show on the customer's order confirmation, they took care of it very quickly. I needed help getting the option to show in the new order emails to my staff, they took care of it very quickly. I cannot recommend this app enough if you sell personalized products like we do. It even plays nice with shopify's product variants.

OPTIS is a great way to overcome the variation limit default in your Shopify store. This add-on allows very easy integration and customization of your products. I don't like the subscription-based model, especially for smaller businesses such as mine; I have submitted a request to the company to provide another product tier that allows a one-time purchase of the add-on that has a limited number of product customizations. Larger sales volumes can afford a monthly add-on but some of us need to grow into that capability and would be better served by a single purchase until we get there. Subscription aside, the product itself is very good and useful.

Hazel, Katlyn and Cassie, those three of them very kindly helped me correct the errors that my online store had, they did a great job and I am very happy and grateful, this OPTIS application perfectly complements my online bake sale store, I highly recommend it for all those products that you need different types of variants, this application is perfect and will save you time and money.

Just like so many other software companies out there today. They started off free and said they would stay free. Then they changed to a subscription based model that lets you keep whatever you had setup before but you have to pay the subscription if you want to change previous items or add any new items. So they get you to integrate so deeply into your store that you are now basically held hostage to pay for monthly services or you have to find something else. And they are saying $50 a month?!?!? If you were an early adopter you can get $8/month, but that's ridiculous for something that was advertised as free forever.

I find the OPTIS app incredible. It is user intuitive and when you do have issues the customer service is exceptional. Great app

The guys over at OPTIS are fantastic, they make creating product variations simple and straightforward! My shop looks excellent and my customers can easily see pricing for add ons, it's a great app, Julie and the tech team are super efficient and very fast to at dealing with my requests!
