Support team is extremely responsive, and this is easily the best app on the marketplace today for sort and fitler!

support is prompt but there are lots of recent glitches where items are not showing up in the right place or not synching correctly and there is no warning or flags

I’m very happy with Smart Product Filter & Search. The app is much more intuitive than many other filter apps I’ve tried and is easy to set up and manage. I initially had difficulties keeping my original product grid from my theme, which was very important to me. The app does a great job providing user friendly filtering options. When I have reached out to the developer they are very responsive and fix problems quickly. The only negative is that I have had the app fail on several occasions. It wasn't until I notice the failures and contacted Globosoftware that the issues are addressed.

Excellent customer service and the app works very well. We had an issue with the app settings over-riding the theme settings and the support team resolved the issue overnight, and had great follow-up communication as well.
