I contacted customer service regarding an issue with my product customizer app on my website. The drop-down menus were not automatically populating the price of each item. Deep was very helpful to address the issue along with resolving the issue in less than 10 minutes. it does the job i needed and the customer service was outstanding. The Tech Support team worked with me until it was all good. The steps can be a bit confusing since this is essentially a bolt-on on top of the Shopify data models and templates. At the end of the day though, it was just want i needed.

I have used this App for a few years. Now it is not fully support vintage theme. They advised me upgrade to theme OS2.0. They helped me to solved all my problems patiently. They are very friendly and professional. I will recommend other sellers to use this App. Thank you
